Deliverable 4.2 presents the activities carried out in the four pilot farms and the results obtained during the first implementation period of Sustainable Soil Management practices. The report includes soil sampling and analysis, climate data, and baseline emission estimates, providing the foundation for monitoring soil carbon stock in the next phases of the project.
